General Guidelines

These rules apply to all servers regarding the Sword Clan Community

 

1. All members are required to follow discord Terms of Service 24/7 

 

2. Anyone being excessively toxic is subject to a 45 minute probation, debates voice channel however is immuned 

 

3. Chat Flooding/Spamming is not allowed and is a 6 hour probation. 

 

4. Anyone using bot commands outside of the bot commands channel is subject to a 3 hour probation.  

 

5. Gore/NSFW images are strictly prohibited, failing to do so will result in a 168 hour ban.

 

6. Earrape in voice channels is a 4 hour probation, however the debates voice channel is immuned. 

 

7. Advertising in the channel anywhere that is not #recruitment is a 48 hour probation. 

 

8. Ghost pinging and general trolling is not tolerated and is punishable by a 4 hour probation. 

 

9. Impersonation of staff is a permanent ip-ban from the discord.

 

10. Ban evasion is an instant permanent ip-ban. 

 

11. The N-Word is not allowed in any way shape or form. No racism or bigotry is tolerated. (Slurs, Swastikas or any sort of degrading symbolism) Do not use replacements for the N-Word (or any other racist words/symbols) this includes in Memes, Statuses, Names and spelling variations. All forms of racism are punishable by a 48 Hour ban. 

 

12. URL shorteners are not allowed regardless of circumstances in which they are posted and are punishable via a 168 hour probation or a Ban from the discord depending on the severity. it can be altered based on whatever you prefer 

 

13. Posting suspicious links or questionable offsite links is not allowed. Can become a 168 hour probation, or a Ban from the discord depending on the severity. 

 

14. Discord users must be at least 2-3 months old to gain access to the SCC. However, if you can prove that you were in SCC previously, but your account was disabled, hacked, compromised, etc. Please provide them ASAP and we will investigate and decide whether or not it's good enough to let you pass through. This is mainly to prevent ban evasions, and DGNS/XPLT’s infiltrators. 

 

15. Exposing/Doxxing information that is meant to be private will result in a no hesitation of a permanent ip-ban and possible placement onto DGNs.

 

Upon joining the Sword Clan Community, you agree to these rules.

These are the rules in which to uphold members of the discord to as a Trial Moderator+ (Note: You are not immune to these rules)

As staff you are to both hold yourself and be held to a higher standard than normal community members and as such there are a few rules that no staff is above

 

Conflict Guidelines

 

1. You may ping the Raid Request/Underground Raid Request role every 10 minutes. You may not ping both roles at the same time in the same message. Make sure to include the clan name, and preferably a link to the fort. 

 

2. If you ping raid request, with no message attached, but your message above / below is your message attached, you will not be moderated.

 

3. You must have the role of the clan for which you're pinging for Raid Request.

 

4. Only small groups may ping the Underground Raid Request role, unaffiliated clans are also allowed to ping this role. Unaffiliated clans using the Raid Request role, rather than the Underground Raid Request role will result in a 24hr probation.

 

5. You may not speak, but rather declare war, or deny a war within the #war-declarations channel.

 

6. Speaking is prohibited within the #victories channel

 

Breaking any of the rules mentioned will get you warned/muted/banned from this channel.

 

Development Guidelines

 

1. Posting malicious content within the open sources channel will earn you a ban.

 

2. Reposting work is allowed, although credits must be given

Market Guidelines

 

1. Violating either the ROBLOX or the Discord Terms of Service will result in a warning/kick/ban.

 

2. No speaking in the channels unless you are following the format provided.

 

3. No re-posting the same deal more than 5 times. If nobody has responded in the first 5 times, then they most likely won't respond the next 5 times.

 

4. If you are not specific enough, do not expect to get a response.

 

 

Staff Guidelines

 

1. Outside of staff chats you are to be professional at all times.

 

2. Racism is not tolerated at all.

 

3. Any member of staff who roles someone any rank without permission is subject to an immediate demotion regardless of their reason.

 

4. Any staff member that is caught with exploits is subject to an immediate unappealable removal from staff regardless of rank.

 

5. Leaking any messages from chat is punishable by removal no questions asked. (includes leaking messages from admin/mod chat to lower ranked chats w/o authorization)

 

6. As staff you are to set an example and as such are required to be friendly to all and not be toxic

 

Upon becoming staff, you agree to these rules.

Any member of staff found breaking these rules is subject to an immediate removal, regardless of time placed into the Staff Team.

Clan News Guidelines

 

1. Memes or general shitposting will not be tolerated.

 

2. Side comments or opinions are to be kept to oneself.

 

3. Clan news reporters are not to post potential attacks upon one another, or a group unless permitted by a moderator+.

 

4. Grammar and professional wording are to be used at all times

 

5. False information or rumors is to not be spread around, unless stated clearly that it is in fact a rumor

 

Upon becoming a Clan News Reporter, you agree to these rules.

Any clan news reporter caught being biased or  found breaking these rules is subject to an immediate removal, regardless of time placed into the work.

Justice Panel Guidelines

 

1. Justice Panel members are not to accept appeals through direct messages, but instead, the appeals sent through the google forms that have been publicly announced for everyone to see.

 

2. Regarding DGN & XPLT cases, both clearance for those must give their opinions/verdicts in the appropriate channels given and debate on whether the evidence is sufficient, or fraud. Once an agreement occurs, then you may start inputting cases into the corresponding channel.

 

3. If caught being in favor of or against a case being made using only words rather than providing sufficient evidence is subject to an immediate unappealable removal from the Justice Panel.

 

4. You are to work professionally and efficiently to understand each given situation and resolve it in the best way possible.

 

Upon becoming a Justice Panel member, you agree to these rules.

Any member of the Justice Panel found breaking these rules is subject to an immediate removal, regardless of time placed into the Panel.
